Male erections that are painful or prolonged and last for four hours or longer are rare. If this happens, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention straight away to avoid long-term issues.

Rarely, this medication can cause a very serious allergic reaction. However, if you experience any of the following signs of a serious allergic reaction, get medical attention right away: rash, breathing difficulties, severe dizziness, itching or swelling, especially in the face, tongue, or throat.
